How does The SafiCo laundry service work?
We pick up your dirty laundry, wash it using eco-friendly products, and deliver it back fresh and folded. You schedule online, leave your laundry at your door, and we handle the rest.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve:
Potomac, Bethesda, Rockville, Derwood, Onley, MD and Gaithersburg, MD.

Do I need to sort my laundry before pickup?
Nope — we’ll take care of sorting lights, darks, and delicates. Just place everything in one bag and we’ll handle the rest with care.
What kind of detergent do you use?
We use plant-based, biodegradable detergents that are free of harsh chemicals, dyes, and artificial fragrances. If you have specific sensitivities, just let us know.

What should I put my laundry in, and is there a minimum order size?
Start with any sturdy bag. We’ll return it in a reusable SafiCo bag for future orders.
Yes — we have a 10 lb minimum per order for residential and 50 lb minimum for commercial
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Rush service available upon request.
What if I have special laundry instructions?
You can leave a note during checkout or tag your bag with care details.
